Ace Indian Badminton player, Saina Nehwal has again been crowned World Number 1 when she dethroned current No.1, Carolina Marin of Spain.

Following are her views and a short and quick interview to The Indian Sub-continent Times.

The IST: How do feel on becoming or regaining number 1 spot?
Its a matter of pride to be WR 1 I feel very happy
The IST: Carolina has become your arch rival now and beaten you more times in recent meetings. Your reaction please!
I will do more practice and will overcome her in next tournaments
The IST: How do you handle your losses?
I learn so many positives out of loss and try again to overcome them
The IST: How fit you are in top level matches?
I am fine and very fit
The IST: How was the Australian experience this time?
It is old story now, Australia is very good country

The IST: Are you superstitious?

I am not a superstitious person , I believe in hard work and the result is dependent on my hard work and healthy state of body.
