<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: ">Mix together yogurt, salt and tandoori paste. Coat chicken legs with this marinade and leave it overnight or at least 2 hours in fridge.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: ">Grill or barbecue for10-12 minutes on each side, basting with melted butter or ghee.</span></p>

One of the most efficient way to supply a wide range of nutrients to your body is by juicing fruit and vegetables every day. Drinking two to three glasses of juice first thing in the morning when stomach is empty will speed up your body’s metabolism that will assist in the maintenance of optimum weight.<br />
Juices are good source of energy, but have slow releasing natural sugars that will keep you full for a long period.<br />
